invites you and your friends to a car-racing event to kick-off spring!
That’s right! A taste of racing awaits you with WAVEgeneration at Dan Holtz’s C.A.R.S. program. After some classroom instruction, you’ll be on the track, behind the wheel, lead-follow with a pace car (the racing cars we use are part of the package...), in-car radios and 10 GREEN FLAG LAPS of AT-SPEED RACING! Plus, you’ll get a video of the event that includes in-car footage!

WAVEgeneration Event Details
Sunday, 4/29/01, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
This event will be held at Mesa Marin Raceway in Bakersfield, CA.
Mesa Marin is a NASCAR-approved racetrack!
We will be carpooling up and back on the day of the event.
In order for everyone to have an opportunity to drive during the course of the day, it will require that "morning people" are off to an early start with some starting (at the track) by 8 a.m. From there, we will stagger start times.
Obviously (or not), you will be required to sign a waiver with CL Productions saying that you understand the dangers of race-car driving, yada, yada, yada, and you will not hold us liable if there is an accident. Additionally, you will be able to purchase optional liability insurance coverage on the day of the event for only $50. We DO recommend this!
Dress code: Casual! Closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes are good, basketball shoes are not). No shorts. Bring a jacket.
There is a nearby hotel that offers a discount to CARS participants (which is what we will be). If you are one of the earlier drivers, you might choose to spend the night up there. If you’re interested, call Camille or Cassandra for the details at 310-398-4214.
