My Jewel Story:
My daughter gave me an extra promo cd that she got at Tower Records in San Diego, and said i should listen to it. It turned out to be Jewel's WWSYS/I'm Sensitive cd. I was hooked as soon as i heard her voice. When i read the liner notes on the inside cover and found out she was from Alaska, and had recently moved to San Diego, i couldn't believe it. I was also raised in Alaska, and moved to San Diego. I started collecting all the music i could find by her and have been a great fan of her since. Although i still live in San Diego county, i have never had the pleasure of seeing her in person. Someday i hope to get lucky and see her in concert

I have approx. 150 copies of the Sept. 96 issue of "Request" magazine that features Jewel on the cover and a very nice 4 page article with photos of her inside. I will send them to anyone who wants one, as long as they are willing to pay for the S&H cost. If you have any tapes, video, posters, etc.., i will work out a trade with you.
