I joined the EDA mailing list in April, 1997

My Jewel Story:
I first saw the video for WWSYS in summer '96,
before it was played regurlarly on the radio. I
was like "Who's Jewel? What kinda name is THAT?" :)
but i fell in love with that song at first sight.
I bought the single that week, listened to it on
repeat for 2 weeks until the cd came from BMG. :)
The rest is history. I now have 120 songs on RA and
MP3s, 2 full video tapes of live performances and
have seen her live once, at Pittsburgh Lilith Fair.
